Homebuyer Survey & Valuation

For small/medium sized post-war properties - A full inspection and concise report on significant defects having a material effect on value. Valuations are included. The survey covers everything within the main structure survey, plus windows, doors, ceilings, outbuildings and boundaries. General comment only will be given on service installations such as plumbing, heating, gas, electrics and drains, but they will not be tested. We will advise upon tests required so you can contact a specialist of your choice.
